SIZING

  • How do I figure out my size?

Size chart is available on each product page. This should help you specify the correct size in your chosen style.

 PAYMENT

  • What are your modes of payment?

Bank deposits/transfers are accepted and should be fulfilled within 6 hours of purchase. You may send via BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands) or BDO (Banco De Oro Unibank). Once an order is made, bank details & instructions will be shown on the order confirmation page.

GCASH is accepted and should be fulfilled within 6 hours of purchase. Once an order is made, GCASH details & instructions will be shown on the order confirmation page.

*Important reminder:

All unpaid orders after 6 hours of purchase will be automatically cancelled. This is to accommodate other interested customers who wanted the same size/style particularly for products with limited stocks.

Please make sure to settle your payment as soon as possible so we couldn’t cancel it. If you wish to extend your reservation, kindly get in touch with us info@perrieathleisure.com and we would be pleased to accommodate you.

  • Where do I send my proof of payment?

Kindly send your proof of payment on our email sales@perrieathleisure.com and make your order number as a subject.

Metro-Manila - 7-14 business days
Luzon - 7-14 business days
Provincial7-16 business days
  • Can I get my orders on the same day?

Same-day delivery is currently unavailable.

  • How to track my orders?

Once your orders are confirmed and ready for delivery, we will send you an email containing your tracking number details.

  • What courier do you use?

We use J&T Express both for Metro Manila and Provincial shipping.

  • How much is the shipping cost?

We offer FREE SHIPPING FEE NATIONWIDE

  • Can I exchange my order for a different size?

Unfortunately, exchanging of orders during this pandemic is unavailable. Our customer’s safety is our top priority so we deliver only unused/untried items to lessen the product’s exposure to different areas as much as possible. Hoping for your deepest understanding regarding this matter.
